self tanning over bed tans?
is it ok to use self sunless tanning spray right after or before going into a tan bed? do you need to shower and rinse it off before? I want to use my self tan spray at home then go the same day but in the night to the tan salon. is that ok? or vise versa. go tan beds. then later put tan pray on? whats the best way to do this to keep my tan from fading so fast?
I think you should let your tanning bed tan develop before you use the self-tanner. Sometimes it takes a few hours for a tan to develop after you are in the sun or a bed. Other than that it is fine to use spray tan after tanning in a bed or in the sun. I know you know this, but just using the spray would be less harmful in the long run but I understand that you want to be tan!
