tanning beds- burnt in one spot?
Don't lecture me on tanning beds, I know the dangers, thank youu.
But I started going tanning last week, and I'm up to 10 minutes now. Nothing on me is burnt, except for my upper back. I'm pretty sure it's because my upper back is directly on the bed, flat, getting the most UV rays. It's not a horrible burn, I can deal with it.. but I don't want to make it any worse. I didn't go yesterday, but I'm going today- if I lay with a towel underneath my upper back, would that block some of the rays? Can you even take the towels in the beds? Hah sorry, I'm new to tanning.=]
Hey I have certain spots on me that do that too. Its good that you didn't go tanning yesterday cause you would be in lots of pain today. You can lay with a towel underneath you because I have done that before. You won't get tanlines if you only do it once or maybe twice. Just make sure your back burn is gone before you allow it to tan again. I can't stress to you how horrible a bad burn from the tanning bed is. Its like an internal itch that won't stop and there is nothing you can do about it! So just use the towel it'll be fine!
