Should I use a sunbed if I'm black?
I am an African-American woman. Over the past year, I was certain medications, which had socks to keep my end of the sun. The drugs now, next summer and my legs and my feet are much lighter than the rest of my body. I am brown-skinned medium. ¿I can use a tanning bed alone down my body to balance my skin? Pardon my ignorance on this subject, but I've never been to a tanning bed before, and I really appreciate some advice. Thanks!
Yes you can, but if you try to even the upper body with the lower body, just to put your lower body Exercise caution in exposing her stomach as they tan faster than any other body part. Make your skin hydrated 100% all the time. Use a body moisturizer in the morning, go to the tanning bed and use your product that is made specifically for tanning salons (rooms Tanning sell, but you can find cheaper on eBay - I'll be more than happy to give some names to use and stay away from) and many people do not know or that but as soon as you leave the tanning bed, put on a moisturizer after tanning. It is very important to keep your skin hydrated, since dry skin is the worst enemy tan. Stay out of the shower for at least 6 to 8 hours after exposure. It does not hurt just because they are black, but probably as much rapidly than whites (I'm jealous !!!). Good luck! I'm glad that you have to leave your medication!
