Extremely itchy skin from tanning bed. What to do?
Alright now, I swear I'll never step foot into another tanning bed, just pleeeeease help. I can't sleep from this friggin itch. It WAS really red/burnt all over my legs, chest, boobs, and back, now the red it gone but this itch is UNBEARABLE. I know I'm not allergic to the cleaning stuff they use on the beds cause I itch all over my stomach and top of my legs and they don't even touch the tanning bed. This has been going on for 3 days now. I've gotten a maximum of 6 hours sleep over these 3 days. It's horrible. Pleaseee, what lotion is best? What pills can I take to get rid of the itching? I heard something about anti-histamine pills. How much are they? Seriously, I'll do anything to make this stop. I'm neverrrrrrrrrr going to the tanning bed again.
The itching is either because your extremely burnt or the tanning salon you go to doesn't clean there beds well, & someone before you had some kind of skin infection that got to you.
If its a bad burn, the best thing to do is to put aloe Vera on it every few hours.
If its an infection go to the doctors immediately & contact your tanning salon.
