leasing Tanning Beds for a tanning salon?
I am thinking about opening a tanning salon and i want way better beds than the other places.Im thinking about leasing them. So does this mean i pay so much up front and monthly untill they are paid or with a lease do you just send them back if you go out of business
if it's an operational lease you just send them back. (consult the contract there might be damages to pay).
A financial lease is something else, you might have to pay for the unpaid balance and then you can sell them.
A lease is always more expensive than paying cash.
