How to convince your parents to let you go tanning?
I'm 14 about to turn 15, and my parents won't let me go to a tanning bed or stand up. They keep on telling me no but i am tired of stayin out all day waitin for a tan. I realize that this can cause skin cancer but honestly I don't care because I've researched statistics that say it's a very rare incident. Spare me the lecture on how bad it is for your skin and please tell me how I can show them that although I'm at a young age, I'm mature enough to make some of my own decisions. I've already tried the fake-a-tan option, and well it always comes out orange or just plain unnatural looking.... its uglyyyy. and dont tell me to try something else or dont go at all i just want the answer to my question please.=] and i would like to have a good color before school starts so this is why i wanna go so its not like its gonna be a long term thing maybe just once or twice.
I agree on the spray tan--it is totally safe and you get fast results. Otherwise to get tan (at least for me) you have to continously go everyday or else it will fade. Good luck!
